Accreditation St. Francis School is accredited by the Ohio Department of Education through the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association. Administration The principal, Sister Karen Somerville, SND, is certified in administration and holds a master's degree in Elementary Education from Virginia Tech University. Assistant principal, Jeanette Polomsky, is certified and holds a master degree in Educational Administration from Ursuline College. Teaching Staff All classroom teachers and classroom aides, as well as the computer teacher, the art teacher, the Spanish teacher, and the physical education teacher are certified by the Ohio Department of Education. Teacher-Pupil Ratio There is 1 teacher for every 25 students. Classroom aides are provided to assist the primary teachers.
